Patrick K Y Cheng is the Founder and President of Leading Capital Corporation. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering (B.A.Sc.) from the University of British Columbia, a Master Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from City University, and he is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registered with the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of British Columbia, Canada.

He has more than 25 years of combined experience in fund raising, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, manufacturing, research & development, quality assurance, teaching, and project management. He is also the Founder and President of Leading-Tech Systems Corporation.

Leading Capital Corporation was established in 2007. It is an affiliated company of Leading-Tech Systems Corporation. Leading-Tech Systems Corporation was established in 1986 as an engineering and management consulting firm. Since its establishment in 1986, Leading-Tech Systems Corporation had completed a wide range of projects for organizations such as:

• Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC)
• BC Buildings Corporation (BCBC)
• Workers’ Compensation Board (now Work Safe BC)
